Sample collection: Free If you booked production inspection, pre-shipment inspection or other service that includes a visit to the supplier, we can collect samples of your products and send them to you via your courier account. |

Nighttime overtime: $60 USD per hour Sometimes we may need to stay after hours to wait for late production, late shipping supervision, or implement corrective actions for some urgent orders. We will first inform you about those special situations in order to get your approval to work overtime. |

Weekends & Holidays: $120 USD per man-day We will assist you any day you want but need to share additional costs with you if you want us to work during holidays or weekends. |
